Refund and Returns Policy

General Terms

At Ari Home Decor, we aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. For a safe and enjoyable shopping experience, we offer a 30-day window from the date of delivery to request a return or refund if you’re not satisfied with your order.

To initiate a return or refund, please email us at support@arihomedecor.com with the following:

Order details or proof of purchase (e.g., Order ID, SKU)
A clear statement of your request (refund or return)
Visual proof of the issue (images or video)

Defective or Damaged Products

A product is considered defective if it differs from the ordered size, color, or design, or has a manufacturing fault. A damaged product refers to any item that was torn or broken during production or delivery.

Please note:

Damages or defects caused by customer use are not eligible for return or refund.

If you believe your item is defective or damaged, please contact us with photo or video proof. Our team will respond within 5 business days with return instructions.

Dissatisfaction with Product or Service

If you’re not satisfied with our product or service, we’re here to help. Please email support@arihomedecor.com describing your concern and include proof such as:

Images or videos of the product
Screenshots of any service-related issues

Our design and product team will evaluate your claim within 5 business days, and we’ll follow up with a decision via email. If approved, we’ll provide a Return Label free of charge for you to print and attach to your return package.

Note: Please read the product description carefully before ordering to avoid dissatisfaction with size, color, or material.

Return Process

If your item is defective or damaged, follow these steps:

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your Order ID and proof (images/videos).
We will evaluate your request and respond within 5 business days with return approval and a Return Label.
Print the label and send the product back in its original packaging.
Once received, we’ll confirm whether you prefer a refund or replacement.

Note: Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Returns requested after 15 days from delivery are not eligible.

There are no charges for approved returns, and we cover all return shipping fees.

However, the original shipping fee ($9.99), if applicable, is non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, email support@arihomedecor.com. The cancellation terms are:

Within 12 hours of successful payment: 100% refund
After 12 hours: Order cannot be canceled and will be processed normally.

Note: We do not accept cancellations via other methods. This policy applies 365 days a year, including weekends and holidays.

Change of Delivery Address

Send a request within 12 hours to update delivery info.
After 12 hours, we may not be able to modify the address due to shipping schedules.

Order Modification

We do not allow changes to design, size, or color once the order is placed.

However, customers can request a change of delivery address by emailing us within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, changes may not be possible.

Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived:

Check your tracking info using the Order ID.
Look around your delivery area or check with neighbors.
If still missing, contact us. We’ll verify and respond within 2 business days.

If confirmed lost due to carrier error, we will offer either a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days.
Refunds may take an additional 1-3 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
If you choose a replacement, the shipping time is the same as a new order.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
