Unauthorized use of the Site violates these Terms.

Upon termination, restrictions on Content use and intellectual property remain in effect, and we may pursue legal remedies for violations.

We strive to maintain Site accessibility but are not liable for unavailability due to maintenance or other reasons. We reserve the right to modify the Site’s content, design, or functionality without notice or liability.

Product Information

Prices on the Site are in U.S. dollars and apply to the continental United States. Customers are responsible for applicable sales taxes. We may discontinue products, change specifications, or adjust prices without notice. Verify product availability with an authorized dealer before purchasing. We may impose order quantity limits.

While we aim for accuracy in product listings, descriptions, and images, errors may occur. Monitor display variations may affect color accuracy. Product details, such as carpet thickness (0.8 cm), are provided in the “Additional Information” section. Review these before ordering.

We use third-party shipping services (e.g., USPS, Yun Express, FedEx). Track orders using the provided tracking number. Non-delivery claims must follow our Return Policy. We are not responsible for non-compliance with these procedures.

We may correct errors, update information, or cancel orders if information is inaccurate, even after order submission, without prior notice. We are not liable for your reliance on Site information or for user conduct violating these Terms.

Payment Policy

Payments are processed via Stripe, a third-party provider. We do not store payment details (e.g., bank name, card number, CVV, or expiration date). We only retain shipping-related information, such as customer name, email, phone number, and address, as provided or requested for delivery.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ari Home Decor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including those of title, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. You use the Site at your own risk and are responsible for any necessary system repairs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Site access, the accuracy or reliability of Content, or that downloadable files are free of viruses or harmful code.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ari Home Decor, its employees, agents, partners, or licensors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Site use, Content, or these Terms, even if advised of such damages. Our total liability for all claims under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of $250 or the amount you paid us for Site access in the last six months. These limitations are essential to providing Site access and reflect the allocation of risk. Time Limitation

Any claims must be initiated within one year from the date the cause of action accrues, or they will be time-barred.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ari Home Decor, its affiliates, employees, agents, directors, officers, and suppliers from any claims, costs, liabilities, or losses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your Site use, breach of these Terms, or infringement of Ari Home Decor’s or third parties’ rights.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our rights. Waivers are only effective if provided in a signed, written document by an authorized representative of Ari Home Decor.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable or invalid, that provision is severable, and all other provisions remain in effect.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from Site use are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. By using the Site, you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of state and federal courts in Gardena, California.
